Craig Martin
As a partner at Clearview Investments, Craig has over 30 years experience in investment real estate finance, acquisitions, development, asset management, marketing and dispositions. Craig currently serves as the managing general partner of Oak Valley Partners, L.P. Oak Valley is a 6,741 acre master-planned community in Calimesa/Beaumont, California, which includes 54 holes of championship golf, entitlement for 15,000 residential units, and a mixed-use town center.
Prior to joining Clearview, Craig was a senior investment acquisitions team member and asset manager at Robert M Bass Realty, Inc. of Ft. Worth, Texas where he managed a portfolio of debt and equity positions valued in excess of $250 million. He negotiated complex transactions and directed outside counsel in transactional and litigation matters. Before joining Robert M Bass Realty, Craig began his real estate career as an investment real estate broker for the Staubach Company of Dallas, Texas while studying real estate and finance at Southern Methodist University.
Craig's other accomplishments include serving as the managing general partner of the Angel Fire Ski and Golf Resort and he was the managing director of the Landmark Golf Company of Indian Wells, California. Craig is a past member of YPO and also serves on the board of trustees of Liberty Christian School in Argyle Texas (#1 raking in Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools - District 5a).
